PRISMATICS is an American alternative rock band born out of the Midwest and heavily influenced by Dream pop, Post-punk, and New Wave.
The band consists of vocalist and synthesist Brooke Austen, guitarist and vocalist Josh Clark, and bassist and vocalist Jo Bossi.
In November of 2018, they self-released their debut EP, New Emotion. The EP has garnered positive reviews in addition to success at college radio, consistently enjoying high charting debuts between stations, including the NACC Radio 200 Adds chart in conjunction with heavy rotation at well-respected stations across the United States and beyond. Prismatics has also been featured as a performer before a sold-out live studio audience on the Emmy Award-winning late-night talk show The Mystery Hour at the Gillioz Theatre.
The band has opened for acclaimed national and international touring acts, including German artist Laura Carbone, along with successfully headlining multiple shows of their own in venues including The Outland Ballroom in Springfield, MO, and The Amp Room in San Antonio, TX.  Prismatics has also participated in multiple music festivals benefiting non-profit organizations, with shows in support of Girls Rock Camps being particularly close to their hearts.
Their live performances explore a combination of theatricality and raw emotional experience, having been described as both “dynamic” and “explosive".

Prismatics released their sophomore EP, Endlessly, in January of 2021.
